These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and mb365 ("mb365," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at mb365.cam and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

By accessing the mb365 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the mb365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the mb365 platform, including players, visitors, and any other persons who access the service. mb365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via platform notification or email to registered users.

Access to and use of the mb365 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

To access the full features of mb365, including real-money gaming, you must register an account. The following rules apply to all mb365 accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one mb365 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the verified mb365 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• mb365 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above ₱50,000.

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available to verified mb365 accounts in good standing unless otherwise stated. mb365 reserves the right to restrict or exclude any player from promotions at its discretion, including where promotional abuse is suspected.
• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering," all bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount.

All games available on the mb365 platform — including live casino games, slots, bingo, sports betting, and pool rummy — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. By participating in any game on mb365, you acknowledge the following:

• All slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that cannot be influenced by the player, mb365, or any third party. RNG certification is maintained on an ongoing basis.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined in real time by live dealers using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice). Results are final once the dealer announces the outcome and are recorded in the system log.
• Sports betting markets and odds are set by mb365 at its discretion. mb365 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was subsequently found to contain an error in the odds or market configuration.
• mb365 is not liable for any technical failures — including internet disconnections, device failure, or server errors — that occur during an active gaming session. Where a technical failure results in an incomplete game round, mb365 will endeavour to reconstruct the round based on server logs and resolve it fairly.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection and device meet the minimum technical requirements to operate the mb365 platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mb365 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, funds withheld, and the matter reported to PAGCOR and/or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the mb365 platform;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including pool rummy and poker variants;
• Exploitation of software bugs, system errors, or mathematical loopholes in any game;
• Use of the mb365 platform to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or fund any illegal activity;
• Registration or maintenance of more than one mb365 account by the same individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information at any stage of the registration or verification process;
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your mb365 account;
• Systematic match betting or arbitrage betting using mb365 bonus funds;
• Any conduct that violates applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or internationally recognised anti-money-laundering standards.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered mb365 players directly from their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

mb365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal from a financial institution in connection with a deposit;
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder;
• A directive from PAGCOR or another competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• The account holder being identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) without appropriate additional due diligence having been completed.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, mb365 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms no wrongdoing, the balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting mb365 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been resolved.

All content on the mb365 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, sound effects, animations, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of mb365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mb365 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the mb365 platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform;
• Use mb365 branding, logos, or trademarks without prior written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on mb365 content or game mechanics.

Any unauthorised use of mb365 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mb365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the mb365 platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise;
• Any losses arising from betting decisions made by the Player on the mb365 platform, whether or not such decisions were influenced by information or tools provided by mb365;
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, cyberattacks, or force majeure events beyond mb365's reasonable control;
• Any third-party conduct, including the conduct of game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers.

Where mb365's liability cannot be excluded by law, such liability is limited to the greater of: (a) the net real-money amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) ₱1,000.

mb365 processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by mb365 is governed by the mb365 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an mb365 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and management;
• Processing of financial transactions and compliance with AML obligations;
• Provision of customer support services;
• Regulatory reporting to PAGCOR and other competent authorities where legally required;
• Delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by mb365, subject to any legal obligations that require mb365 to retain such data. Data requests may be submitted to support via the live chat function on the platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes concerning their existence, validity, formation, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and mb365:

• Step 1 — Internal resolution: You must first submit a formal complaint to mb365 customer support via live chat. mb365 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — Regulatory escalation: If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction after the internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their formal complaints mechanism.
• Step 3 — Legal proceedings: If the matter remains unresolved following PAGCOR escalation, you may pursue legal remedies in the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for this purpose.

Nothing in this clause prevents mb365 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a Philippine court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm caused by prohibited conduct.

mb365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Material changes — defined as changes that substantially affect your rights or obligations as a player — will be communicated to registered users via:

• A platform notification displayed on login; and/or
• An SMS or email notification to your registered contact details, where practicable.

Your continued use of the mb365 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

mb365 will not make changes to these Terms that retroactively remove rights you have already accrued — for example, confirmed withdrawal amounts or earned loyalty tier status — without reasonable prior notice and a fair resolution process.
